Ruffles & Bows is located in Hong Kong.

Currently, we ONLY make deliveries within Hong Kong.

All items are provided by SF Express.

SF Express Delivery to be paid upon your receive.

Home address will have a surcharge, subject to SF express final decision.

You may provide a commercial address/SF station self-pick-up point to avoid the surcharge.

We now offer Free Shipping for orders over HK$800 (toys excluded).

If your order is over HK$800 but includes toys, we will offer a HK$30 rebate.

(The HK$30 rebate will be paid to you via PAYME after delivery)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have changed your mind or you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received to return your items for exchange only as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase.
By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn't been opened or used, is still in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we could not provide you a full refund - as we are still a small business :) Thank you very much for your support!
